Aerial Sound Bath

Join Kevin and Kailyn for a deeply restorative evening. Using a mix of Kriya & Aerial yoga (no experience necessary) to release tension, ease the mind and find stillness in the body before we move into a live sound-bath while floating in a silken cocoon.
Aerial yoga adds a playful and fun element to traditional yoga. Using the silk hammock to aid in deeper stretches, inversions, and strengthening muscles without strain all while building new neural pathways. The silk hammock offers gentle swaying that adds a calming stress relief element to our practice. It is accessible to all levels of yogis, and can help those achieve poses that may be more challenging on their own. Inversion therapy does wonders for spinal decompression, and blood flow while providing a fascia massage.
The aerial hammock will safely embrace you during this meditative experience as the sounds of gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, flutes, and other instruments wash over the body and mind, allowing both the physical and energetic body to release and relax deeply into the creative and restorative realms of Theta State. The weightlessness of being cocooned, combined with the relaxed brainwave state, creates a supportive environment to release deeply, allowing remembering, refining, and re-aligning to happen gracefully in the presence of this resonance. Warm up exercises consist of Kriya Yoga and basic Aerial Yoga to prepare the body for sound.
