Unlocking the shadow: a 4 week journey to self discovery

Week 1:
Introduction to Shadow Work
Dive into the fundamentals of shadow work in this opening session. Explore the concept of the shadow self and the importance of integrating your shadow. This class features a guided meditation to gently introduce you to your shadow, followed by journaling prompts to help you reflect on your initial discoveries. This 4-week session is great for women who feel they have "lost themselves" in the responsibilities of caregiving.
Week 2:
Meeting Your Shadow
This week, deepen your connection with your shadow through targeted meditations that reveal the hidden parts of your personality. Engage in powerful coaching exercises designed to confront and converse with your shadow, allowing you to acknowledge and accept these aspects of yourself. Journaling will help you process your thoughts and emotions, solidifying the insights gained during meditation.
Week 3:
Embracing the Shadow
Learn to embrace and integrate your shadow for a more authentic life. This session includes a guided meditation focused on healing and accepting the shadow, coupled with coaching exercises that facilitate the embracing of all your parts without judgment. Journal reflections will assist you in understanding how accepting your shadow can enhance your personal relationships and self-acceptance.
Week 4:
Living With Your Shadow
In the final week, focus on practical strategies to live harmoniously with your shadow. Experience a meditation designed to help you maintain balance between your light and shadow selves in everyday life. Coaching exercises will prepare you to continue your shadow work independently, with journaling prompts that encourage ongoing reflection and growth.
Each class is designed to build upon the last but can be taken independently, allowing participants to join at any stage in their shadow work journey. These sessions are designed for you to learn, connect with others, and have a personal encounter with yourself!

AERIAL SOUNDBATH
